Bio
LUX consist of two full time professional photographers.
Between them they have over 30 years of Professional Photography experience of weddings, including providing editorial coverage of Royal weddings, celebrity weddings and bridal couture for designers including Amato Couture, Zareena and Michael Cinco in Dubai.
Ian Gavan has shoot professionally in 50 countries and has covered Royal and Celebrity weddings.
Stuart Wilson is based in Kent (close to London) and has been shooting weddings, events and portraiture around the globe for 20 years.
Starting out in late 90’s East London with a portrait studio, Stuart has moved onwards and upwards since then. Highlights of his career include shooting for some of the biggest Luxury brands in the world to the Royal Wedding of William and Kate in 2011, the Cannes Film Festival, and many exotic weddings and events.
Together with award winning photographic skills honed over 20 years, Stuart has the finest people skills you will ever come across.
Expertise
With two photographers, either both shooting from two perspectives for maximum coverage or assisting each other for deploying studio quality light where required on the fly increases the yield for both quality and quantity of moments captured.
Both assigned to shoot the Royal Wedding of William and Kate in 2011, The Wedding Of Prince Carl Philip Of Sweden and Sofia Hellqvist in Stockholm in 2015. Celebrity weddings include coverage of the wedding of Kimberly Wyatt from the Pussycat Dolls in 2014 for a 10 page spread in Hello Magazine.
